TextPepper provides messaging assistants that let service businesses' clients book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments by text message. By using the service — whether as a business operating an assistant or as a client texting one — you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you text from.

What you'll receive: Conversational replies to scheduling requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, and operational updates from the business you work with.
Message frequency: Recurring; varies based on your scheduling activity. Typical clients receive 2–10 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages. TextPepper does not charge clients a separate fee for SMS, but your wireless carrier may.

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, or to impersonate another person. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TextPepper does not guarantee that messages will always be delivered or that scheduling automation will be error-free. Confirm important appointments directly with the business if uncertain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextPepper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL.
